He was able to meet after office hours since my husband would get out at five from work and fo through any questions we had. He was able to get an approval on our first offer and we were able to receive seller credits as well. He walked us through the whole process and explained things to us so we can understand. When we started working with Amanda we weren’t prequalified. We had been a few years previous but never found a house we loved. So we gave up our search for a nit. Amanda was not pushy at all and understood that we wanted to see what was out there for what we wanted to spend and if the right house came along then we would get pre-qualified and submit an offer. Amanda was amazing she was extremely patient and understanding and even put up with our crazy kids. I felt more like she was a friend guiding us on our journey and explaining everything honestly. We bought our house in 2018 and still check up on us and how things are going Definitely very personable also all the staff in the office is so patient and was great with our kids when they got bored while we were signing paperwork.
